Examination Unit has started to send the results to students’ email account batch-by-batch. Therefore, not all of us have received the email yet. MPPUTP hopes that all students can be patient for the time being. Below are the answers for the frequently-asked-questions that you might want to go through:
1. Students with Matrix ID of 12600 – 15826 will get their result through their email account
2. Students who are not included within the range stated above, they must go personally to Examination Unit to get the hardcopy of your result for free. Examination Unit has already printed them out.
3. Students who are currently doing their internship program or have graduated from UTP, your results will also be sent to your email account. Examination Unit has currently put graduated students as their top priority in submitting the results.
4. For students who have invalid email account (example: forget password, deleted email account, etc., you need to go Examination Unit to request for the hard copy. Do not forget to refresh your account status at ITMS.
5. Students with any outstanding on the other hand need to settle them first, then you can update your new status to Examination Unit.
6. As for add-drop period, Registry & Management Services Department is strictly stating that they will not prolong the add-drop period until next week.
7. For students who have failure in any subject, Registry & Management Services Department will automatically add/register the failed subject to your current list of courses. You need to go to Registra latest by next Monday to make the confirmation.
MPPUTP hopes that all students can be patient and can cooperate with the procedures smoothly. We ensure you that the management is aware of all complain made and proper action will be taken to solve the problem as soon as possible. As for MPPUTP, we are trying our very best in channeling all of your dissatisfactions and providing you with the latest update regarding this matter.
