Regarding Jan 11 Examination Result

Assalamualaikum & Hi to all beloved UTP students;

As we all already know, Examination Unit is currently having a problem on releasing our results on-line. This incident occurs maybe due to the new academic system that we are having now. Completing the examination matters while having to cater the course registrations all at the same time were very hard task to handle. Anything can happen, especially at this peak hour.

We from MPPUTP do understand that all UTP students very eager to have their result in hand and  we are fully aware of the long queue at the Examination Unit for the collection of hard copy examination result. Therefore, MPPUTP will take quick action to get in touch with Examination Unit to get their explanation and action taken by them to provide better way to give our result. It is impossible for all students to queue at Registry and Management Services (Registry Unit) at the same time.

Our suggestion is Examination Unit has to open up a special session for us to collect the hard copy of our result just like we individually collect our examination slip. If this is not happening, then we will find other effective ways. However, student who are in need to have the result in the immediate time may proceed to the Examination Unit for the collection.
